Our Destinations
As we mentioned, The Bahamas is made of up 700 islands and cays. Currently, we can add to your trip, a visit to up to 2 of 6 of these islands. These 6 islands will readily offer the most to see and do.
Nassau & Paradise Island
As you may know, Nassau is the capital city of the Bahamas and therefore is the most populous, and action-packed, if you will. Aside from many historic and cultural tours and excursions, there is booming nightlife, and mega resorts.
Grand Bahama
While Grand Bahama is larger than Nassau, it is much quieter and more laid back. There may be a festival or concert to vibe to, or you could just relax on a quiet beach.
Exuma
The island of Exuma is known for its stunning beaches and sandbars, swimming pigs, and peaceful beauty.
Eleuthera
Another island known for tranquility and relaxation is Eleuthera. You can take a walk on the beach in the pink sand or go swimming or snorkeling in the crystal-clear water.
Bimini
One of the smallest Bahama islands, Bimini will give you a real island experience, from driving a golf cart to a restaurant overlooking the sea or taking a short walk to the beach.
Andros
One of the larger Bahama islands, Andros is rich in sea life, including barrier reefs – the third largest in the world, to be exact. Snorkeling and scuba diving are popular activities in Andros. Like most of the other islands, Andros maintains a quiet, peaceful ambiance.

Transportation
We consider this our most essential service as your group will need to get around the island and to your activities safely and efficiently...and in style, without having personal knowledge of the islands. Our safe and reliable transport will take you round trip from and to the airport, to your accommodation, activities, and events throughout your stay.
Island Food Tour
This tour is a combination of sight-seeing, history lessons, and amazing bites. You will be guided by an experienced and knowledgeable pro through the streets of your chosen island(s) where you will be introduced to some historical sites and offered tastes of the Bahamas.
Private Island Day-Away
Your group will take a ferry to one of our island day-away spots, where you can lounge on the beach, swim with dolphins, or play group games.
Brewery Tour
This guided tour of a private brewery includes a sample of real Bahamian-produced beer or rum.
ATV Riding
Ride alone or in a pair on an exciting ATV ride around the island, safely following an experienced guide, or on your own as a group. The tour also includes a stop for lunch.
Conch Salad Master Class
Learn from the professionals what goes into making fresh, authentic Bahamian conch salad. Then, taste and savour the creation!
Snorkeling

Document your epic group trip with a professional photo shoot at pre-selected spots around the island. We’ll capture clear, vibrant photos of your group and individual group members to ensure you can all look back at this incredible memory and share it with others.
Choose from our list of exciting activities and we will do the rest! We design your itinerary to include all your chosen activities, balanced with rest and relaxation. You can take care of your meals on your own, or we can organize all your meals for you at various restaurants or with a private chef. Below is a sample 5-day trip itinerary. Please note that your itinerary may differ in format and will be based on your chosen activities and agreed upon timelines.
Planning Your Trip
Once you have confirmed that you are ready to move forward with your trip, here are your next steps:
1. Ensure all group members have required travel documentation. Visitors from all countries are required to have a passport. Visitors from some countries must have also provide a Bahamas visa. Find out if you need a visa by clicking the link Entry Requirements - Bahamas Immigration.
2. When planning, consider the season. Some seasons experience more rain than others and this would affect many activities. Hurricane season (June to November) being a very rainy season, is riskier for travel than other months. Mid-December to early May are peak months with mild temperatures and low rainfall. Please note that this is based on historical weather patterns and is not a guarantee of ideal weather.
3. Your travel dates and eventually your flight manifest, and your number of travelers. This number can change during the planning process, up to a certain time which will be confirmed with you; however, it must never be less than 10.
4. Your choice of island visits and activities, and how many of your group members will participate in each activity. This must be confirmed early in the process to ensure availability and to confirm rates. Exact due dates of these confirmations will be provided upon trip booking.
5. Your trip itinerary will be provided as soon as all island visits and activities are chosen and deposits are paid.
6. You may request changes to the itinerary which will be accommodated where feasible. Time and/or date changes to island visits and activities can only be made based on availability.
7. Bring your swimsuits and sunblock and be ready for major fun!
FAQs
Which island is best for a group trip?
It all depends on what your group wants. If you’re looking for the ultimate rest and relaxation, a quiet island such as Bimini or Eleuthera may be your best choice. If you want more ocean exploration or beach time, Andros or Exuma may be best. If you’re looking for excitement, nightlife and more food choices, we’d recommend Nassau.
How far in advance do I need to plan?
Earlier is always best. Because there are so many factors involved with your trip and to ensure your desired activities are available, we recommend planning at least 6 – 8 months prior to your travel dates.
Can you arrange a private island day for a group?
Yes! We can arrange a day-away at one of several gorgeous private islands with lunch included. Your options will be presented at the start of the booking process, and the confirmed island will be communicated upon booking.
What group activities are must-dos?
This is fully based on the group’s interests; however, we highly recommend the conch salad-making class, yacht day, snorkeling and beach picnic.
How much will my group’s trip cost?
SE prides itself on customizing each trip to match the group’s interests, therefore, very few group trips will be the same. Because the trip is tailored to the group, we cannot provide a cost until a group has chosen all its activities, island visits, restaurant menus, and additional specially requested services.
